The Utah Utes football program got another commitment from a local prospect on Thursday, as Bingham edge Monson Tukuafu announced his pledge on social media as part of the Class of 2027.

Listed by 247 Sports at 6-foot-3 and 230 pounds, Tukuafu has scholarship offers from a bunch of Pac-12 and Mountain West Conference programs, along with Utah.

According to the Deseret News high school sports statistical database, Tukuafu tallied 47 tackles and three sacks last season for Bingham. He was named Deseret News 6A honorable mention for those efforts.
Tukuafu becomes the 17th prospect to commit to the Utes as part of their recruiting class for the 2027 cycle.
